Service DeliveryWithin 7 business days after payment, acceptance of the project, and receipt of all required materials, unless another delivery date is displayed or agreed in writing.
Cancellation / RefundsIf Manga Clinic cannot accept the project, the amount paid for that review is refunded in full. Customer cancellation before substantive editorial work begins is also eligible for a full refund. “Editorial work begins” means the point at which the assigned editor begins substantive review of the manuscript. Other conditions are described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Order AvailabilityOrders may be submitted while the website indicates that submissions are open. Manga Clinic may pause new orders when capacity is reached.
